I use top of line home inspection software. This allows me to deliver a professional and detailed report via email the same day as the inspection. ​

                 Standards 

I use the interNACHI standards of pracrice. The interNACHI Standards of Practice set mandates for home inspectors. These standards are regularly reviewed and updated.

Cost of Home Inspection

The base price of the inspection is $400 and can increase depending on the following factors:
